David Penn’s Strictly Rhythm résumé is an impressive one, boasting as it does stellar remixes of Danny Clark & Jay Benham feat SuSu Bobien’s Wondrous and River Ocean’s Love & Happiness. This time around he’s master at the controls, getting together with Jabato and the indefatigable Roland Clark for a tense, tracky workout rippling with deep, stabbed keys, the trademark Penn percussion and one of Clark’s classic monologues. Jose De Mara does the more beats-heavy dub.
