Welcome back Ms Moné! Moné’s incredible voice first graced Strictly Rhythm back in the ‘90s when she teamed up with Jazz ‘n’ Groove for the two memorable cuts ‘We Can Make It’ and ‘Movin’’ and she went on to perform as part of the formidable all diva team B’s Crew along with Barbara Tucker, Ultra Naté and Dajae. We’re happy to say her voice is still in fine fettle; ‘Love Don’t Pay The Rent’ features a typically gutsy performance that most dance music vocalists can only dream of delivering while DJ Meme lays down the sweet Philly disco grooves to match. Scott Wozniak and The Jinks get a slice of the action too, Wozniak adding an edgier house groove and The Jinks a stomping disco dub.
