With the Masters At Work name under contract elsewhere, Kenny and Louie were obliged to use different monikers from time to time. Louie under the guise of Hardrive became one of the most popular, largely thanks to the iconic ‘Deep Inside’, a vocal hook and bass line stomper that not only helped launch the record its vocal had come from, Barbara Tucker’s ‘Beautiful People’, but became a multi-scene club classic in its own right. Jesse Rose takes his cue from the relentless looping of the ‘Deep Inside’ hook and has some fun twisting it about a dark, deep disco groove. SOLE channel don Mr V licks a deep house vibe bringing NY back to this classic, and if that wasn’t enough Choo Choo is back in the house with a brace of mixes that have already had the heads desperately trying to track down their copy.
